Dr. Dredge serves on numerous boards, co-founds start-ups focused on those most in need, and holds degrees from BYU, Cornell, and Cambridge, where he is also a Fellow at Judge Business School.

Rob Allen

Rob Allen is the president and CEO of Intermountain Health, a leading nonprofit health system headquartered in Utah with locations in six states and operations across the western United States. Modern Healthcare named Rob as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare in 2025, 2024, and 2023. Also in 2025, Rob was named amongst the Great Leaders in Healthcare from Becker’s Hospital Review. Rob has served in executive leadership roles at Intermountain for 30 years of his 35+ years in health leadership.

 

Rob has helped propel Intermountain to national recognition as a leading model for innovating health and wellness solutions, expanding proactive care, simplifying healthcare, and improving affordability and accessibility to all. He has been a leading national voice on convening together as national health systems and leaders to find innovative solutions to systemic health industry challenges. He serves on national boards and coalitions to help drive healthcare reform and transformation.

 

Prior to beginning his role as president and CEO in November 2022, Rob served as chief operating officer for five years. He was named as one of the top 25 COOs in healthcare by Modern Healthcare. He has also held CEO roles at hospitals and health systems in Wyoming, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. The American Hospital Association elected Rob to serve a three-year term on its Board of Trustees starting January 1, 2026. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Rob also serves on other national and local boards and councils.

 

Rob earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in operations management from Brigham Young University. He was also awarded an honorary Doctor of Science degree by Rocky Vista University. Rob’s love of healthcare began during his childhood as he was raised on a farm in rural Wyoming, where his mother served as a nurse and later as administrator at Star Valley Hospital.

Leemore Dafny, PhD

Leemore Dafny is the Bruce V. Rauner Professor of Business Administration, the Howard Cox Health Care Initiative Faculty Co-Chair, and Unit Head of General Management at Harvard Business School. She also serves as Professor of Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School. Professor Dafny teaches courses on business strategy in the U.S. healthcare industry and on regulatory policy. She is a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research and President of the American Society of Health Economists.

Dafny’s research focuses on competition and consolidation in healthcare markets. She has served as Deputy Director for Health Care and Antitrust at the Federal Trade Commission and testified on competition in U.S. healthcare to both houses of Congress and in federal court. Dafny advises companies, government agencies, and nonprofits on a variety of issues including antitrust matters, strategic decisions, and public policy.

Dafny holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College and a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Blake Dursteler is the CFO of the Abundance Institute. Blake is a real estate developer, entrepreneur, and private equity investor who has spent the majority of his career working in the areas of real estate, accounting, and finance. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for a large privately held real estate development firm in the Intermountain West.
Blake also serves on the board of directors for a number of local charitable and nonprofit organizations. Blake has founded and lead many nonprofits serving the community and public policy as well as several businesses. Blake earned a master’s degree in accounting and bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting from Utah State University.

Rushika Fernandopulle is a practicing physician who is the CEO of Liza Health, a startup building a new AI-enabled platform for Primary Care. He was the co-founder and CEO of Iora Health, an early innovator in Primary Care redesign which was acquired by Amazon in 2023. Prior to this, Rushika was the first Executive Director of the Harvard Interfaculty Program for Health Systems Improvement and Managing Director of the Clinical Initiatives Center at the Advisory Board Company. He is a member of the Schweitzer, Ashoka, Aspen, and Salzburg Global Fellowships, on faculty at Harvard Medical School. He serves on the boards of the Asian American Foundation, Families USA, and Premera Blue Cross, and is a member of the Lancet Commission for Person Centered Care. He earned his A.B., M.D., and M.P.P. from Harvard University, and completed his clinical training at the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts General Hospital.

Ms. Kaiser previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City, Utah, and in several senior leadership roles at Ascension Health. She currently serves on several boards including the American Hospital Association, Greater St. Louis Inc., Merit Medical, Navitus Health Solutions, Seton Shrine National Leaders Council and Surround Care.

Dr. Lee is Chief Medical Officer for Press Ganey Associates, Inc. He is an internist and cardiologist, practices primary care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and is on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where he was promoted to Professor in 2004. Prior to assuming his role at Press Ganey, he was Network President for Partners Healthcare System, the integrated delivery system founded by Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. He is a graduate of Harvard College, Cornell University Medical College, and Harvard School of Public Health. He trained in internal medicine and cardiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Dr. Lee is a member of the Boards of Directors of Geisinger Health System and BlueCross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and he is Chair of the Boards for Geisinger Health Plan and the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation. He is a member of the Panel of Health Advisors of the Congressional Budget Office and the Editorial Board of The New England Journal of Medicine. He is the Editor in Chief of NEJM Catalyst.

He is the author of nine books including Chaos and Organization in Health Care (2009), Eugene Braunwald and the Rise of Modern Medicine (2013), An Epidemic of Empathy in Healthcare (2016), The Good Doctor (2020), Healthcare’s Path Forward (2023), and Social Capital in Healthcare (2025). Dan Liljenquist is Intermountain Health’s chief strategy officer and helps the company’s Enterprise Leadership Team set and achieve strategic priorities. He leads Intermountain’s Strategy, Corporate Development, Government Relations, Consumer Experience, Strategic Partnerships, and Digital Technology Services teams. Dan is also the chief architect and current board chair of Civica Rx, a nonprofit that aims to ensure essential, generic medications are available and affordable to everyone. Prior to Intermountain Health, Dan served in the Utah State Senate and was nationally recognized for his work on Medicaid and public-sector pension reforms. He launched his career as a Bain & Company consultant and earned a Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago Law School. Dan also serves on boards for several nonprofit organizations.

President and Chief Executive Officer Ned McCoy has been with Civica since its founding in September 2018. In past roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer, he has provided day-to-day oversight for Civica’s growing business, including the building of Civica’s state-of-the-art essential medicines manufacturing facility in Petersburg, Virginia. He has led efforts to secure manufacturing partnerships for nearly 80 sterile injectable medications that hospitals use daily, helping Civica supply essential medicines and address chronic drug shortages and predatory pricing.
Ned orchestrated the partnerships with Civica’s affordable insulin development partners to bring Civica biosimilar insulins to market at no more than $30 per vial and $55 per pack of five pre-filled pens.
Prior to Civica, Ned served at Abbott for 32 years, where he led teams in Hospital Products, Pharmaceutical Products (now AbbVie), Nutrition, and Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions. While at Abbott, he was the recipient of 4 President’s Awards for outstanding accomplishments. Ned is an inventor with 11 issued patents. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University (Raleigh, North Carolina) summa cum laude.

Sean is a professor in the Department of Economics and the Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy at Cornell University, and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.

Prior to joining Cornell in 2004, Sean was a faculty member in the Health Care Systems Department at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Sean worked for four years as a management consultant with APM and taught high school for two years before enrolling in graduate school.

Sean is currently conducting research in four areas: vertical integration in the health care industry; the value of new medical technologies; innovation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries; and possible environmental causes of autism.

He received a B.A. from Dartmouth College in 1986 and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997.

Greg is a partner at Menlo Ventures, where he invests in teams trying to solve major problems in life science and healthcare, with a special interest in AI, novel therapeutic platforms, digital health, and transformative technologies. Since joining in 2017, Greg has led Menlo investments including Cartwheel, Clear Labs, Curie, Delfi, Encoded, Epiodyne, Genesis, H1, Koala, Ophelia, Particle, Pliant (PLRX), Riva, and Scribe. He has also been involved in Menlo’s investments in Benchling and Recursion (RXRX).

Previously, Greg was at Illumina Ventures as entrepreneur-in-residence, where he focused on new investments related to genomics. Prior to entering venture capital, Greg had 20 years of experience in senior executive and entrepreneurial roles in life science and digital health. He was CEO and co-founder of two startups: BlueLight Therapeutics (originally Biodesy), a structure-driven platform therapeutics company, and PyrAmes, a digital health remote monitoring company. At Roche Diagnostics/Ventana, Greg led a global market-leading cancer diagnostic assay business, serving 20 million patients and delivering $500 million revenue per year. Greg’s operating experience also includes roles as the first healthcare entrepreneur-in-residence at GE; chief operating officer at Cellpoint Diagnostics, an early liquid biopsy startup; vice president and general manager for genetics and molecular diagnostics at Affymetrix, the microarray genomics pioneer; and consultant for McKinsey & Company.

Greg received his bachelor’s degree in molecular biology (summa cum laude) from Princeton University and his MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He is an Aspen Health Innovators Fellow and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Greg is a Bay Area native and has lived in 11 cities in the area. Greg serves on the board of Outward Bound California and loves all manner of outdoor activities with his family, including backpacking and snowboarding. His favorite sport is basketball.

As the parent of two children with special medical needs, he is deeply committed to pursuing solutions that radically improve the healthcare experience for patients and families.
